“ Grilled Japanese-style Kisu Hiraki ”

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Kisu Hiraki
• 1 tbsp shoyu
• 3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
• 2 tbsp mirin
• 1 tbsp Japanese oil
• 5 tbsp Japanese sake

 

Instructions:
1. Preheat the pan until hot. Add olive oil and grill the fish until well done.
2. In another pan, put Japanese soy sauce, sugar, mirin, olive oil, and Japanese sake to make the sauce. Stir in low heat until viscous.
3. Ready to be served.
