“ Itoyori fillet with stir fried bell peppers in miso sauce ”

Grilled

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Itoyori fillet
• 3 tbsp miso
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 5 Thai peppers
• 30 g old ginger
• 4 tbsp mirin
• 50 ml soup
• 4 tbsp Japanese sake
• Bell pepper

 

Instructions:
1. Dice bell peppers.
2. Stir fry miso, lime juice, sugar, Thai peppers, and bell pepper. Set aside.
3. Preheat the oil until hot. Deep fry the fish until well done.
4. Serve the fish with the stir fried vegetables.
