“ Itoyori with salted egg sauce ”

Deep Fried

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Itoyori fillet
• 1 salted egg
• 5 tbsp milk
• 1 bird chilli pepper
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp chilli paste
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 50 g bell pepper

 

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oil until hot. Deep fry the fish until golden yellow.
2. Blend salted egg, milk, bird chilli pepper, sugar, chilli paste, and fish sauce thoroughly in the blender for the sauce.
3. Dice bell peppers. Stir fry them with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Serve with the fish.
