“ Red mullet fillet with basil sauce ”
Deep Fried

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of red mullet fillet
• 50 ml coconut milk
• 20 basil leaves
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 50 g onion
• 20 g bell pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the pan until hot. Pour in the oil. Deep fry the fish until golden yellow.
2. For sauce, put coconut milk, basil, black pepper, sugar, and salt in the blender. Blend well, then stir in low heat .
3. Stir fry bell pepper and onion. Arrange all on the dish.
