“ Seaweed red mullet tempura ”
Tempura

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of red mullet fillet
• 150 g all-purpose flour
• 150 ml cold water
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp shoyu
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp mirin
Instructions:
1. Mix all-purpose flour with cold water. Add egg yolk and stir well.
2. Preheat the oil until hot. Dip the fish in the mixture. Deep fry the fish until golden brown.
3. Sprinkle seaweed on the fried fish.
4. Blend shoyu with mayonnaise and mirin well to make the sauce.
