“ Spicy and sour Aji fillet salad ”

Sashimi

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Aji fillet
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp mirin
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 ½ tbsp lime juice
• 5 bird chilli peppers
• 100 g of lemongrass, parsley, spring onion, and shallot

 

Instructions:
1. Chop up lemongrass, parsley, spring onion, and shallot
2. Pound chilli peppers partially then add sugar, lime juice, Mirin, and fish sauce. Mix well.
3. Ready to be served.
