“ Spicy and sour lemongrass salad ”
Sashimi

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Seasoned Kisu Fillet
• 100 g chilli pepper
• 1 Chinese garlic clove
• 30 g wasabi
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Chop lemongrass into small pieces.
2. Pound chilli peppers partially then add sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce. Season to your liking and add wasabi. Mix well.
3. Pour it into the plate and top with Kisu Fillets.
