“ Soy sauce grilled red mullet ”
• 1 pack of red mullet fillet
• 3 tbsp shoyu
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp mirin
• 50 ml soup
1. Preheat the pan until hot. Add olive oil and grill the fish until well done.
2. In another pan. Stir shoyu, sugar, mirin, and soup in low heat to make the sauce.
3. Place the fish on the plate. Pour the sauce over.
