“ Kisu Hiraki with black pepper sauce ”
• 1 pack of Kisu Hiraki
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp shoyu
• 1 tbsp Japanese sake
• 20 g onion
• 20 g bell pepper
1. Preheat the pan until hot. Pour in the oil. Deep fry the fish until golden yellow.
2. In another pan, put oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and Japanese sake in. Stir in low heat until viscous. Set aside.
3. Dice onion and bell pepper then stir fry them. Season with salt and black pepper. Use them to decorate the dish.
