“ Red mullet fillet with coconut milk & champignon sauce ”
• 1 pack of red mullet fillet
• 50 g champignon
• 100 ml coconut milk
• ½ tsp salt
1. Preheat the pan until hot. Grill the fish until well done.
2. In another pan, preheat until hot. Add coconut milk, champignon, and salt. Stir until coconut milk becomes thicker.
3. Decorate the dish with vegetables of choice. Ready to be served.
