“ Chilli paste sardine salad ”
Sashimi

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Vinegar Sardine Fillet
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp chilli paste
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Chilli peppers (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pound chilli peppers partially and add lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, and chilli paste. Then add the vegetables of choice for decoration.
2. Put the fish on top.
