“ Cuttlefish with wasabi mayo sauce ”

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of seasoned cuttlefish fillet
• 50 g mayonnaise
• 20 g wasabi
• 5 tbsp mirin
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 lemon slice
Instructions:
1. Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, mirin, salt, and lemon juice together for the sauce.
2. Put a lemon slice with cuttlefish as decoration. Serve with the sauce.
