“ Steamed Itoyori with Shiitake mushroom ”
Steamed

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Itoyori fillet
• 1 ½ tbsp shoyu
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 ½ tbsp sugar
• 30 ml water
• 4 shiitake mushrooms
• 2 tbsp mirin
• 5 chilli peppers
Instructions:
1. Put shoyu, lime juice, sugar, water, chopped shiitakes, mirin, chopped chilli peppers, and Itoyori fillet in the same plate. Cover with a food wrap.
2. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Ready to be served.
